GUSTO KO NAMAN MAGING ISANG REGISTERED NURSE! color transform.

White changes...
I want to be a psychologist...this is actually my dream. I want to read minds and interpret them in a way that i understand them. But after a long journey of life and studies, napunta ako sa medical side...NURSING!
I wanted to on the first palce, i like the way the lessons flow. And the uniform, wow! PURE WHITE. Looks clean and pure. From minor to major subjects like anatomy, pharmacology and psychiatric nursing. Una sa classroom then clinic settings then hospital and patient’s bed side settings. Lecture sa araw, aral at duty sa gabi. Paulit ulit...parang cycle sa photosynthesis. Kakapagod agad.
After all, its not the books that matters anymore, its not the knowledge that u have already, its now your heart..what is inside of it?? Mahirap mag alaga ng may sakit, you have to be with them all times and put the same shoes they are wearing. Sometimes at minsan kadalasan wala ng time for our own needs like kumain at umihi. I experienced to give care to my own father and definitely hindi ito madali. Mas maraming tanong at doubts. Mas mataas ang expectations.
I am still young in my professions. Marami pang naghihintay na pagsubok na may kaalaman.
Umalis ako ng pilipinas at sumubok sa ibang bansa. Iba ang lahat. Ibang lahi, ibang routines, ibang salita.
Naniniwala ako sa tinatawag nilang calling..Nursing are both a profession and vocation. Endless...
Life is a priority! From airway to breathing to circulation.
The power to care and heal. Anyway at the end of the road, credit will be yours. Life was there because of you...

I'm proud of Pinoy nurses everywhere in the world. I should know, dahil isa rin akong nurse.
I went through that phase. Lalo na noong nasa college pa at newbie ako sa workforce (during the more stressful days). But through time, I realized that I am where I should be. I believe that there's indeed a "calling".
gusto ko maging tubero for a change
well...well...is she still a nurse? i think so because she loves her profession...
nice way of writing...it is a simple sharing of experiences with a deeper meaning.
lagi...lagi...
ako din dumaan sa ganitong what if phase, lalo na pag sobrang pressure sa work. Masarap daw maging nurse heheh

2 of my siblings are nurses!I have 2 aunties who are nurses too.

Hindi nauulit ang buhay. Pero narerevive! >>> great! dapat ganito mag isip ang maraming noypi.
A great amount of dedication is needed to become a successful nurse, isa it sa mga hinahangaan kong career, it takes a lot of courage, patience and understanding in caring sick people lalo pa't hindi mo sila kilala o kamag-anak man lamang.
Just like the teachers and other public service careers, nurses are real heroes in our time.
i was just with a group of new nurses training for work here in japan. marami sa kanila nagtatanong na rin kung bakit nga ba sila napadpad dito. aside kasi sa regular adjustments, kailangan pa nilang matuto ng nihonggo. pero i'm sure kakayanin nila lahat ng pagsubok. pinoy pa!
lucky you, narealize mo ang calling habang may time at energy pa. go go! :D
On what was written down there. We should know now na dapat maging proud tayo sa ating mga nurse. They are one of a kind! ;D I am very proud of our Filipino Nurses! ;D

Great story.

Hi. Nurse on Call here, just dropping by from the Oasis Capital of UAE, Al Ain.
Bukod sa pagiging malinis, talagang may tinatawag na 'tender loving care"...I should know, I am a nurse.
It is really difficult to work abroad, with people of different descent, culture and beliefs but at the end of the day,a nurse is always a nurse, no matter how hard it is...the real meaning of it is...VOCATION.
Have a nice day.
If you are unhappy in your profession, you should not remain looking out the window at night watching the twinkling stars – while sighing, moaning, dreaming.
Reach for that star, the one that you really like. Pick it and keep it in your bosom and treasure it.
We can't dilly-dally in life. We can't wallow in our past mistakes, regrets, misfortunes, things that we did and did not do. Life is short, no matter how long you live.
Robert Hastings was indeed profound when he said:
"It isn't the burdens of today that drive men mad. It is the regrets over yesterday and the fear of tomorrow. Regret and fear are twin thieves who rob us of today."
Therefore, whatever you want to do, do it... now.
And be happy.
The future is now.
